Right now, we’re seeking a Manager, Investigation Services who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
As the Manager, Investigation Services, you’ll lead a team with a clear purpose, protecting the integrity and sustainability of the TAC scheme through smart, intelligence led investigations. You’ll shape how TAC identifies and responds to fraud, corruption and emerging risks, turning insights into action that strengthens decision‑making and builds trust across the organisation. This is a role for a leader who thrives on influence, partnership and continuous improvement, and who wants to uplift investigative capability and integrity culture across TAC.

About the Team
The Investigation Services team brings together two highly skilled cohorts; a criminal investigations group focused on investigating allegations of fraud and/or misleading information and enforcement of the TAC Act 1986 by clients and providers. And a Panel Performance team who manage and facilitate requests from the business relating to Accident Circumstance enquires, surveillance, employment enquiries and police interviews. They’re a deeply professional, knowledgeable and integrity‑driven group who take pride in safeguarding the scheme. As their leader, you’ll guide a capable, committed team through clear direction, trust‑based coaching and a culture that values accountability, expertise and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

Strategic Integrity Leadership
You bring the ability to set direction, anticipate emerging risks and align investigative priorities with TAC’s broader strategy and legislative obligations. Your tactical judgement ensures Investigation Services is proactive, contemporary and positioned to protect the integrity and sustainability of the scheme.

Intelligence‑Led Investigations Expertise
You’re skilled in leading complex, intelligence driven investigations and integrity assessments that are lawful, evidence‑based and defensible. Your expertise enables high‑quality enforcement outcomes, effective escalation of sensitive matters and strong stakeholder relationships with law enforcement and investigative firms.

High‑Performing Team and Capability
You excel at coaching, developing and empowering specialist teams, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement. You know how to build investigative capability, frameworks, tools, training and standards, that strengthen integrity controls and support TAC’s current and future needs.
