About the role
Our organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, and this role places you right at the heart of that journey. This role plays an important part in bringing together and clearly communicating how we are supporting the organisation’s shift towards a high performance culture. It does this by developing robust implementation and communication plans across the employee lifecycle, as well as preparing high-quality papers, strategic communications for the Board, its subcommittees, the ELT and other key stakeholders to highlight progress made and where focus is required.
The role also supports the rollout of the new Divisional Operating Model and helps embed consistent ways of working across PC&E.
About the Team
Reporting to the EGM, PCE you’ll be working with a professional, supportive leadership team that invests in people and performance. You’ll be joining a collaborative team who are leading transformational change in becoming a high performing culture.

Senior leader with a track record in driving strategic change, embedding operating models, and enabling agile ways of working.
Technical Expertise & Analytical Capability
Qualified in a relevant discipline, with strong expertise in agile, visualisation, and/or applying data insights to support decision-making and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships, influences at all levels and delivers solutions that simplify complexity and align with organisational goals.
Why you’ll love it here
