About the opportunity.

As a PMO Lead, Claims Transformation, you’ll create impact by helping shape how one of the TAC’s most significant transformation programs is governed, connected and delivered. You’ll bring together people, priorities and insights to navigate a multi-dimensional transformation program, strengthen decision-making and translate transformation ambition into sustainable organisational impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead program level governance, planning and assurance:

Utilising existing frameworks, establishing operating rhythms and controls to assure and enable effective delivery of the Claims Transformation program.

  • Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior and executive leaders and the Board:

Bringing together program performance, financials, risks, dependencies and benefits to enable informed decision-making.

  • Connect delivery across the transformation:

Proactively manage interdependencies, priorities, risks and stakeholder relationships to keep the program aligned to its strategic objectives and intended outcomes.

 

About the Team

Working within the Claims Platform Delivery branch of our Enterprise Transformation division, this role plays a key role in a team responsible for the delivery of the TAC’s most significant strategic and transformation initiative. Bringing together business, digital, change and delivery expertise, the division is shaping sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation that improves client and employee experiences and creates lasting community impact.

Reporting to the General Manager, Claims Platform Delivery, you’ll work in a collaborative, outcomes-focused team at the heart of the TAC’s Claims Transformation program.

 

What you’ll bring.

  • Significant experience leading a program level PMO function within complex, large-scale transformation environments, with the ability to translate strategy into structured and effective delivery.
  • Strong expertise across program governance, integrated planning, risk, assurance and reporting, with the judgement to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability, with experience partnering with senior executives, delivery leaders and cross-functional teams to create alignment, navigate complexity and drive outcomes.
