Project Coordinator (Severe Care Reform)

• Full time or part time considered, 12-month fixed term role

About the opportunity.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll create impact by working closely with a Senior Project Manager to establish strong ways of working and support the setup of a major multi‑year reform that will shape future support for the TAC’s most severely injured clients. Together, you will keep the project organised and connected, and ensure information, reporting and governance processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and synthesising information from across divisions.
• Maintaining accurate project artefacts (e.g. schedule, engagement tracker) and reporting.
• Coordinating meetings and workshops.
• Preparing clear, high‑quality documentation that supports confident decision‑making.

About the Team

• This role will join a small project team working closely with a Senior Data Scientist and reporting into the Senior Project Manager (Severe Care Reform).
• You’ll be part of the Strategy and Research Branch within the Performance, Risk and Strategy Division, joining a fast‑paced, adaptable and highly connected team that drives strategic development and planning across the organisation. The team is friendly, supportive and committed to delivering high‑impact outcomes.
