About the role
Due to ongoing transformational programs aimed at enhancing client outcomes and streamlining processes, we are seeking talented Business Analysts to join our Enterprise Transformation Division.
The Senior Business Analyst role will support the Program Delivery projects and will deliver a broad range of business and technical analysis activities including identifying problem areas and opportunities, planning and schedule mgt. business process analysis, data analysis, feasibility study and analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and solution options and supporting in the development of investment proposals.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives deliver value, enhance the client experience and align with the overall TAC strategy.
You will also provide development support and mentorship to group of Business Analysts and. Lead the development and ongoing management of the Business Analyst Community of Practice (BACoP) within Enterprise Transformation and ensure alignment with related roles and Communities of Practice.

What we’re looking for
Analytical Skills
Proven experience in business analysis functions including planning, requirements development and management, and solution validation
Process Mapping & Process Re-engineering
A strong background in process modelling, mapping and re-engineering. An ability to analyse and improve business processes, creating detailed process maps and implementing effective process engineering strategies to optimise end to end process.
Demonstrated Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders are essential.
- Experience identifying and negotiating change across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- This role will see you engaging with project teams, management and external partners, fostering collaboration and commitment to project goals while considering the needs and interests of all parties involved.
Domain knowledge
- Deep understanding of the claims lifecycle, including lodgement, assessment, liability, payments, provider management, recovery, and dispute processes
- Experience within personal injury, statutory schemes, or government insurance environments
- Knowledge of claims legislation, compliance and audit requirements
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
