About the role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation division. In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting business needs with effective technical solutions.
You will work across multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring each one is supported by clear, well‑defined requirements and aligned with the TAC’s broader strategic objectives. Using your strong analytical skills, business understanding, and experience across modern technology platforms, you’ll help shape solutions that deliver meaningful value.
About the Team
The Enterprise Transformation division is dedicated to delivering the TAC’s strategic priorities, ensuring best client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the portfolio, program, and project delivery, as well as technology development and operations. As part of the Design & Optimisation branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading transformational IT changes within the TAC.
What we’re looking for
Business Analysis Experience
5+ years of experience in business analysis within technology projects, you will be skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. You can break down complex business problems and systematically identify technology solutions. Your experience with both Agile and traditional project environments is highly valuable.
Outstanding Stakeholder Management
Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to establish trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Anticipating risks and addressing challenges will be vital when identifying gaps or inefficiencies. You’re adept at using data and evidence to support recommendations and measure success.
Cross‑Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Demonstrated experience working across multiple initiatives, identifying dependencies, supporting testing and validation, and proactively recommending improvements that enhance processes, systems, and overall business value.
