Whilst at the TAC, Seasonal Clerks are supported by Solicitors, Senior Solicitors, Senior Legal Managers, and other internal stakeholders to engage with our day to day work and are encouraged to take part in development opportunities that arise during their Clerkship. Work in the Legal Branch at the TAC can involve exposure to a variety of areas of law, including:
- Personal Injury Law:
- Statutory Interpretation and Administrative Law;
- Serious Injury Litigation;
- Common Law Litigation;
- Alternative Dispute Resolution.
